Website Redesign: Rocketship Education
Rocketship is a non-profit network of public elementary charter schools serving primarily low-income students in neighborhoods where access quality education is limited. They believe that transformative schools do more than educate students; they empower teachers, engage parents, and inspire communities. Rocketship wanted their website to have a more updated look-and-feel and a better user experience for researching schools in their network.

Insight to Process
The style tiles we presented to the client used their base brand as a jumping off point, however they diverged in other ways. The first tile was made to feel more modern and sleek. We also played the idea of contrast and overlap. The second tile stuck closer to the original brand. It used more angles, sharper lines, and a hand-written-looking typeface.

Brief
Rocketship Education hired our team to update their brand to resonate with their core values and identity. Additionally, our goal was to build a site architecture and user experience that allowed prospective families to easily research schools in their area.
